Here we are back in lockdown again! I am still operating although for the time being my sessions with individuals and couples will be online until restrictions are lifted and face-to-face counselling is possible again. Online session have some advantages in that I charge a little less (and you can wear track pants and I won't know). My work with you will still be focused on your immediate needs and you will finish each session with some takeaways such as awareness, insight and skills.
